At home today, just after breakfast and it’s my day off.
I plan to enjoy as much of today as possible. Read a little, workout, do some much needed cleaning and some other things.
I’ve had kind of a stressful week. Not really dealing with my job as a veterinarian really, but I’ve been dealing with other stressful sources.
I’ve learned to just keep on going despite all the stress that I have. The more I get done, the better I feel. Sometimes I think that stress is a good thing to experience every once in awhile. It allows us to be momentarily shocked, and while we may be partially drained by it, it can allow us to adapt and become a little stronger.
It’s time to roll with the punches and keep on chuggin’. Because there’s nothing worse than a train that just decides to give up and stop working. Right?
