Hey guys, A new piece of artwork is ready for upload, so I’m sorry for all the hiatuses. It’s my last year of college, and well–things have been a bit hectic. This piece is a special piece since it’s something that I created for a literary magazine called LIKHA, a Cornell Filipino Association project. It features new characters and is really a short story so I hope you enjoy this little break away from the norm. Today, after a whole…
I want to let everyone of my readers and fellow web-comic artists know that I wish you all a very Happy New Year! May 2007 bring many more delights and benefits in your life, as well as many resolutions to be broken. 🙂 So I didn’t get to see the ball drop in NYC this New Year’s Eve. Not quite an unfortunate event, because it doesn’t really mean much to watch it on TV, but then again I can’t remember…
Hey everyone, A new comic is in the works as usual. So that’ll be out by the end of the week. Tomorrow I have a prelim I have take, and the next evening I have to help supervise an Asian event on campus entitled “Asian Film and Karaoke Night.” It should be a lot of fun, but that means I’ll be busy with a couple of things this week. However, I do have something special planned for you guys, and…
Oh, what’s up people? I haven’t talked with you all in awhile. Just to give you a short update… FIND Dialogue at Drexel was totally great. I had fun with the Cornell crew as well as the other National Directors and the entire event was great. There were a couple of problems I encountered when getting there (everything from an “almost” lost credit card to the hotel giving up our reserved rooms), but all in all everything worked itself out…
Okay, so it’s around 2:42am this Thursday morning. I came back home this afternoon a little buzzed after my Intro to Wines class. Yes, here at Cornell we have a class that allows us to hone our skills in “evaluating” wines. And yes, this is what I’m paying Ivy-League tuition for. I’m having a lot of fun with it thus far, but today we tasted 6 fortified wines and wow… afterwards I was just a little bit woozy. You know…
I’m gonna be heading over to NYC and Philadelphia in the next two weeks. If you didn’t already know, I’m a Filipino Intercollegiate Networking Dialogue National Director. In short, I help to bring Filipinos together from my district (which is District IV–all of NY excluding the Metropolitan area). I’m helping to organize a dialogue down at Drexel University this year and it’s going to be extremely fun. If you’re in the either in NYC or Philly these next two weekends…
By the way, this has got to be the cutest thing I’ve ever seen… Sleepy Cat
